Our company can also provide a Sheeter and Slitter cylinder service for all machines.

Sheeter

Sheeters have removable blades which are made from hardened steel and are designed for cutting across the web, to produce items such as A4 sheets.

Blades are usually made for standard kiss cut or through cuts, but other heights can be made upon request.

Slitter

Slitters have removable rings and are designed for vertical cutting. An example of use would be to cut the holes in computer paper.

Rings are usually made for standard kiss cut or through cuts.

All tools are made from high quality steel and are supplied with gears and fully hardened bearers as standard.
